Nino Baakashvili
Nino Baakashvili served at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia from 1999 to 2025 in the fields of both bilateral and multilateral diplomacy. Her professional experience covered various departments, including the UNESCO and International Humanitarian Issues Department, the International Cultural Heritage and Diaspora Relations Department, and the European Affairs Department. She was head of the Council of Europe Division within the Department of International Organizations, the head of the Division for the Promotion of Georgian Candidates within the Department of International Organizations. At various times, she also served at the Embassies of Georgia in Greece, Latvia, and Poland, holding the positions of Counselor and Senior Counselor. She holds the diplomatic rank of Senior Counselor.
Nino Balavadze
Nino Balavadze served at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia from 2011 to 2025 in the field of multilateral diplomacy. Davit Bazerashvili

Otar Berdzenishvili

Nino Chachava

Tamar Chachibaia

During her diplomatic career she served in several departments, including the Consular Department, the Department for Russia, the Department of Relations with CIS Countries, and the Department for Neighbouring Countries. Mikheil Darchiashvili
Mikheil Darchiashvili served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia from 2001 to 2013. He held various positions within the Military-Political Department and Georgia's diplomatic missions abroad. These included the posts of First Secretary and Counselor at the Mission of Georgia to NATO, as well as Senior Counselor and Minister Plenipotentiary at the Embassy of Georgia to the United States. From 2013 to 2014, he served as Deputy Minister of Defense of Georgia. In this capacity, he oversaw defense policy and planning, international relations, including NATO integration, and defense cooperation with the United States.
Gigi Gigiadze
Gigi Gigiadze served at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia from 1997 to 2021, holding various positions within the European Affairs Department and Georgia’s diplomatic missions abroad. From 2014 to 2016, as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, he oversaw Georgia's relations with the European Union and European countries, while simultaneously leading the EU-Georgia visa liberalization process. Over the course of his career, he served in Georgian diplomatic missions in Athens and Berlin. Until March 2021, he held the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to the Kingdom of Denmark and the Republic of Iceland. He holds the
diplomatic rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary.
Nikoloz Gogitidze
Nikoloz Gogitidze served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia from 1997 to 2025 both within the central apparatus and at diplomatic missions abroad. He held the posts of Director of the Consular Department, Consul General in Trabzon and Thessaloniki, and Envoy Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Azerbaijan. He holds the diplomatic rank of Envoy Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary.

Bidzina Javakhishvili served at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia from 2004 to 2024, mostly on Georgia’s European integration. He served on several occasions in the Mission of Georgia to the EU in Brussels, including as Deputy Head of Mission from 2016 to 2018 and from 2021 to 2024. Nino Kharadze
Nino Kharadze served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia from 2002 to 2022. She held the positions of Counselor for Cultural and Humanitarian Relations at the Embassy of Georgia to Greece; Counselor for Bilateral Economic Relations at the Embassy of Georgia to London; Alternate Permanent Representative of Georgia to the International Maritime Organization (IMO); and Senior Counselor at the Embassy of Georgia to Canada and the Permanent Mission of Georgia to the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). Within the Ministry's central apparatus, she worked in the European Affairs Department as the Desk Officer for Turkey, and subsequently for Ukraine and Moldova; served as the Head of the Division for Neighboring Countries and GUAM; and worked in the Department of the Americas on relations with Canada and the USA. Over the course of her diplomatic career, she covered portfolio matters across culture, politics, security, economy, and consular affairs.
Maka Khvadagiani
Maka Khvadagiani served at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia from 2006 to 2019 in the European Affairs Department of European Affairs, where she served at various times as Desk Officer for Eastern Europe and German-speaking countries. From 2013 to 2017, she was posted to the Embassy of Georgia in the Federal Republic of Germany as Counsellor, focusing on political and economic affairs.
Giorgi Kobelashvili
Giorgi Kobelashvili served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia from 2017 to 2025. During this period, he held various positions in the Division of Multilateral and Regional Economic Cooperation within the Department of International Economic Relations. Nata Koridze
Nata Koridze served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia and the Office of the State Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration for nearly two decades. She worked on EU integration, conflict resolution and non-recognition policy, and NATO integration. Her career includes serving as Counselor at the Mission of Georgia to the European Union in Brussels, holding the post of Director of the NATO Integration Coordination Department at the Office of the State Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration, and serving as Deputy Director of the Security Policy and Euro-Atlantic Integration Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Mariam Maisaia
Mariam Maisaia served at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia from 1997 to 2025. She was Senior Counsellor at the Permanent Mission of Georgia to the United Nations Office and other International Organizations in Geneva, Deputy Permanent Representative of Georgia to the Council of Europe in Strasbourg, and Counsellor at the Embassy of Georgia to the Republic of Lithuania. She was the Vice-President of the Bureau of the UN Commission on Population and Development and Chair of the Working Group on Democracy and Technology of the Community of Democracies.
Olga Spirandi
Olga Spirandi served in the civil service of Georgia from 2007 to 2025, holding various positions within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, the Office of the State Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration, and the Office of the State Minister for Reconciliation and Civic Equality. At the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, she held the post of Head of the Euro-Atlantic Integration Coordination Division, while at the Office of the State Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration, she served as Deputy Director of the NATO Integration Coordination Department. David Solomonia
David Solomonia has over 30 years of experience in Georgia’s diplomatic service. He represented Georgia as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Federative Republic of Brazil and to the Kingdom of the Netherlands. At different stages of his career, he headed various units within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, including the Department of European Integration, the Minister’s Secretariat, as well as territorial and functional subdivisions.
